Partnership for Children promotes good mental health for children - for life
We offer a series of school-based programmes to help young children to communicate effectively, cope with their anxieties and difficulties, and to develop skills for life.
Our Skills for Life programmes are Department for Education 2020 statutory compliant.

Zippy's Friends

Zippy's Friends

Zippy’s Friends is a school based social emotional learning programme for 5-7 year olds. The programme is taught to the whole class by teachers trained in Zippy’s Friends in the UK and internationally.

Apple's Friends

Apple’s Friends is a school based social emotional learning programme for 7 – 9 year olds. The programme is taught to the whole class by teachers trained in Apple’s Friends in the UK and internationally.

Passport

Passport

Passport is a school based social emotional learning programme for 9 – 11 year olds. The programme is taught to the whole class by teachers trained in Passport in the UK and internationally.

    • The Skills for Life programmes have already helped over
      2,000,000 children
      across the UK and abroad

    • Our programmes are based on scientific evidence which show that they work. Zippy’s Friends has been evaluated through a number of randomised control trials (RCTs) – the ‘gold standard’ of research – in a variety of cultures


      Our Programmes:

       Meet all of the mental wellbeing requirements of the statutory guidance for RSE

        Support the mental health and wellbeing of pupils in Years 1 – 6

        Include ready to teach resources

        Work for the whole class or targeted intervention for vulnerable children
